Katharine M. Felluca is an attorney with the firm. Kate is a summa cum laude graduate of University at Albany (SUNY) and a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where she served as Technical Editor of the International Law Journal. Kate began her legal career in Cambridge, Massachusetts, before returning to Rochester, where she was born and raised. Kate serves on the Board of Directors and is the Membership Committee Chair of the Brighton Chamber of Commerce.
Kate concentrates her practice in commercial and residential real estate matters. She represents individuals and businesses with the purchase and sale of real estate or other assets, business successions and commercial leasing. She also represents borrowers and lenders, both institutional and private, in connection with commercial mortgages, construction loans and other commercial financing.
Kate also helps her clients prepare their estate plan, including their wills, powers of attorney and health care proxies. She is versed in helping disabled individuals or their loved ones establish supplemental needs trusts.
Kate prides herself on her attention to detail and draws from her previous experience as a litigator to help identify and mitigate potential issues and achieve optimal outcomes for her clients.
